The original building directory layout presented challenges in efficient visual scanning due to its cluttered appearance. Through redesign, the layout now prioritizes hierarchy, significantly improving scan-ability and enhancing overall user experience.

Importance of Scannability
Being able to find key information quickly is crucial, and scannability is key. I designed the layout with larger number digits to make it easier for users to quickly identify the number of floors in the building. Additionally, listing the companies on each floor helps users efficiently locate specific businesses, improving overall navigation and reducing search time.
